Bijan R. Kian is an Iranian-American businessman and former U.S. government official. He served under three U.S. presidents—George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump—and held positions such as a board member of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and director of the California Office of Foreign Investment. Kian co-founded the Flynn Intel Group with Michael Flynn, which led to legal scrutiny over alleged unregistered lobbying for Turkey. In 2023, federal prosecutors dropped all charges against him, effectively clearing his name.
