Majid Mohammadi is an Iranian-American sociologist, author, and analyst specializing in Middle Eastern politics, Islamism, and civil society. Born in Tehran, he holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Stony Brook University and has taught at institutions such as Glenville State College and Binghamton University. A prolific writer, Mohammadi has authored over 80 books in Persian and more than 20 in English and Arabic, covering topics like political Islam, judicial reform, and Iranian civil society.
